Center For Legal Dialogue is one of the best Legal Service providers of Nepal. It is located at Adwaitmarg in Kahmandu. The main services we provide from here include drafting legal documents to petitions of cases in courts and other concerning tribunals, written responses, contracts etc., pleading in the court on behalf of the client, providing legal opinion to various clients, company and business registration, corporate governance, company management, contracts, licensing in the infrastructure and hydropower sector. It also includes advising and assisting clients on company registration, business registration, industry registration, statutory and regulatory compliance, contract finalization; preparing petition, response and other legal documents of the legal case of the various clients; preparing pleading notes of the cases; representing clients in the courts, tribunals and other semi-judicial bodies to pursue/plead in the cases.
